Our publications are offered in hard copy and digital copy formats.
Hard copy publications are printed, spiral bound documents and are
mailed First Class by the US Postal Service. Digital copy publications
are .PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required). Digital copy publications
will be e-mailed unless the file is large. In such case, a CD will
mailed First Class by the US Postal Service. First Class shipping is
always included in purchase. If you require overnight or express delivery
please contact us for pricing.
